MICRODANCING

With my older and more “flexible” mind these days, I enjoy mis-readings of certain words I encounter in magazines, newspapers. and bilboards. Just the other day, I misread “micro-dosing” and thought it was  “micro-dancing.” I was delighted.

As a result I am now (LOL) an advocate and practitioner of micro-dancing. It brings to mind Franz Kafka’s saying quoted in my last newsletter - "Not only every sign, but even the merest gesture, is holy if it is filled with faith."

Even the smallest movement of your fingers or your body in doing anything - bodywork, playing an instrument, touching a flower or your friend’s face, or your own face, making the smallest movement, just raising an eyebrow - is micro-dancing!  Constant little micro-dances of your heart, your organs, your brain, the nature world around you keep you alive.

Enjoy your every move!
